Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Pliero (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Pliero does

Pliero runs a statistical model on Stripe transaction data you upload to identify payment segments that may be underperforming relative to your own baseline. Results are statistical findings — not financial advice, not guarantees of revenue recovery. Actual outcomes depend on your implementation and Stripe's systems.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the sole purpose of providing the analysis. We do not share or sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for retention and deletion details.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Upload data belonging to a third party without their authorisation.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service.
  • Resell or sublicence access to the Service.

5. Pricing and billing

Analysis is free. If actionable findings are identified, access to the full results requires a subscription at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds for partial months. Pricing may change with 30 days’ notice.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that findings are complete, accurate, or will improve your authorization rate. Statistical significance does not guarantee causal effect. Implement recommendations at your own judgement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pliero's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
